RETURNS POLICY

On the rare occasion you find you're not completely happy with your purchase, we will be eager to help rectify the situation.

 

Please return items to us in their original, unused condition within 28 days of receipt. Items should be returned in original packaging and with any enclosed documentation or invoices. We will then issue a credit note or exchange for a product of the same value on receipt of the returned items, excluding the original delivery charge.

Items will only be accepted for return or exchange if they are received within 28 days of delivery. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we highly recommend returning items via an insured and tracked service.

Please note, delivery charges will not be refunded and we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

Two tone items are none returnable/refundable as they have been customized. You take acknowledgement of this when you agree to the service.

If an item is faulty

We pride ourselves on providing consistently high-quality products, however, we also understand that issues and accidents can happen, and appreciate the opportunity to rectify any faulty or damaged orders.

Please notify us of the faulty item ASAP and within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will provide a repair and replacement if item cannot be repaired. We are required to inspect faulty items upon return before issuing a refund - please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

All KWA rifles have a 12 month guarantee, so if anything goes wrong with your KWA during the first 12 months from order, then please bring it back to the shop so we can then send it for repair.

All pre-loved sales are none refundable as these are used and in varied conditions. (We do test them in store to make sure they function, but no range tests are done)
