Our right to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel a gameday if unavoidable. If this happens we guarantee you will be offered the choice of an alternative date, or receiving a full refund.
Balance of payment
That the payment you make online today is part payment and the balance of your fee is due in cash on arrival on gameday. The amount is confirmed on email.
What is included
You understand that what is included in your gameday is fully detailed in the bookings page, and you also know what you need to bring with you.
Splitting Up Groups
We don’t do it unless we have to, but if you are part of a big group we reserve the right to split you into opposite teams if it helps the balance and flow of games.
Privacy Notice
To process your booking both we and our selected partners need to request, hold and process your personal information. Understand what happens.
Once booked
Reservations cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, deferred, cancelled, changed, refunded or altered once made (with the exception of Gameday Cancellation.)
Travelling safely
Being in public with replica firearms and tactical gear tends to get people understandably nervous. You agree to keep everything covered until inside the building.
Arrival Times
You agree to arrive on time and that you accept that if you are late, you will need to wait until we start games and are free to process you.
Early Bath Clause
You accept that breaching the rules, and/or acting in a reckless or dangerous manner will result in you being sent home without a refund.
Under 21?
If you are aged 17 or under you must read and understood the Age Restrictions. Additionally, if you are under 21 please carry age identification.
Acceptance of Site Rules
By attending, you are agreeing to follow our site rules and re confirming to us you understand what is restricted and what cannot be used on site.
Older and wiser?
If you are over 21 you don’t need to worry about age restrictions but you still need to complete your annual waiver – save time at sign in and do this now!
